Well, I have 2 suggestions for you, as far as icons go.

1) You can download a program called IrfanView. It's a very, VERY good program that is extremely simple and gets the job done. It can view and save just about any graphic file type, and of course resize in your choice of hieght and width. It can also enhance pictures and can do several effects. It's a very handy program and I think everyone should have it. Plus it's free, so, no da! You can find it at [link]

2) If you don't feel like downloading it, you can always e-mail me the picture you want resized and I'll do it for you then send it back. My e-mail adress is mooncats5@yahoo.com Please tell me if you've sent it to me, I'm very bad at checking e-mail (all I ever get is junk, so I hardly bother anymore).

Thankies for the comment. ^.^ Unfortunately, the only way I could color that picture is if I CGed it (and CGing is just such a pain... But luckily I scanned it before I added the gray so I have a coloring book image of it).

Reading your "plea for help", what kind of icon are you trying to make anyway? You could always just use Paint, or get a picture and crop a square off of it, then resize. It's really not that difficult at all. You just have to know what you want.

And CGing, sorry, no can help. I'm in the process of studying it myself, and I'm not too good at it.
